About Lanny

Between Alberta and B.C., I have worked with everyone from single family home and strata property developers, builders and trades to first time home buyers.  I have over 15 years experience in real property, real estate and business law.  As I learned my craft the economy began to suffer. An opportunity arose to become more involved with commercial litigation and the collection of debts and judgments.  Therefore, I have the unique ability to not only provide practical advice to avoid legal pitfalls, but I also have the experience of pursuing a solution through the Courts.  I have also represented numerous Strata property corporations in all aspects of strata property life, including governance, by-law and property law opinions, debt collection and by-law enforcement.  I have been practicing in B.C. for almost a decade and have a robust practice in real estate, property development, company law and estate planning.

I am an outdoorsman.  When I am not in the office you can find me on the slopes at Big White or on the bike trails at Crawford or Smith Creek. Let's also not forget about the lake and the golf course!
